Hours of Operation
As entrepreneurs and freelancers, flexibility is a necessity. However, we do like to keep regular business hours of operation and work by Mountain Standard Time. We are not open on weekends or holidays and we will respond to emails and messages within 48 hours of being received.
How to Contact Us
Answering your questions is our priority. We will do our very best to respond as quickly as possible. The best way to contact us and have your questions answered is via email. We will respond within 24 hours Monday-Friday.
We will send you an invoice and client agreement once you have agreed that we are good fit together. Payment is due within 24 hours. You will not receive any products or services prior to the receipt of your signed contract and first installment.
Cancellation + Refunds
We know that you will be 100% satisfied! We truly appreciate your business and enjoy working with so many passionate female entrepreneurs and online business owners. However, due to the nature of these programs and services, no refunds will be issued, no matter the point in the process.
Coaching Packages: As mentioned above, we do not offer refunds or cancellations. All contracts and purchases are binding. If you choose to terminate your program, you may be considered for a credit with our company for the amount paid on the invoice, to be used toward future packages or services.
Information products/eCourses: Because all information products and eCourses are accessible and downloadable at the time of purchase, we do not offer refunds or cancellations. All purchases are binding.
All programs are protected under the copyright of Ericka Eller. We have the right to display and market all work and results completed as a result of our client agreement.
